A private terrace with a magnificent view of the Twin Mills, beautiful outdoor grounds, a parking space, and a covered area for bicycles will make your vacation perfect. You’ll stay in a central yet quiet location; it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the harbor!

A private terrace with a magnificent view of Greetsiel’s landmark—the twin windmills—as well as lovely outdoor grounds, parking space No. 10, and a bike shed will make your vacation perfect. You’ll be staying in a central yet quiet location; it’s just a 5-minute walk to the harbor!
Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and shopping are all within a few minutes’ walk.
On-site costs: We offer 2 seasonal rates: High Season: June 1, 2026, through 30.09.2026 + statutory holidays; minimum stay of 7 nights. During the early and late seasons, stays of 4 nights or more are possible; final cleaning, towels, and bed linens are charged proportionally. The price depends on the number of guests: 2 people €65.00; each additional person + €10.00. Families with children under 14 years of age: €70.00. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies during the high season. Check-in is on Saturday. Exceptions must be arranged with the owner. Prices and Seasonal Dates 2026/27 (Early and Late Season):Starting at 75.00 euros, depending on the number of guests and length of stay. High season: June 1 – 30.09.2026 + school vacation periods. Starting at 85.00 euros, depending on the number of guests and length of stay. The high season runs from 21.12.2026 to 09.01.2027.For stays of 7 nights or more, final cleaning, utilities, bed linens, and towels are included. Additional bookings are possible for a fee. Beds are made upon arrival. Pets allowed upon request. One-time fee of €35 per stay per pet.
