About this house rental
Welcome to Villa Muscari, a recent house ideal for a holiday with family or friends, just 300 meters from the splendid white sandy beach of Pinarello, accessible on foot by a charming path through the pine forest.
Accommodating 4 to 6 people, the villa offers a comfortable and friendly setting. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 and 140), 2 bathrooms, as well as a beautiful lounge area with sofa bed.
The kitchen, fully equipped. The living room opens onto the outside thanks to a large bay window, letting in the light and extending the living space towards the terrace. You can share your meals around a table for 6 people or enjoy the deck chairs for a moment of relaxation in the sun.
Just 700 metres away, the seaside village of Pinarello will seduce you with its lively and warm atmosphere, with its cafes, restaurants and small shops by the sea, all within walking distance.
Perfectly suited for a family of 4 to 6 people, Villa Muscari is an invitation to relax, between sea, nature and the sweetness of life.
For your comfort, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
The household includes:
Cleaning of floors, maintenance of bathrooms, toilets, washbasins, dust, windows, cleaning of kitchen and sink worktops.
Upon departure, the garbage cans, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, appliances, oven, bbq/plancha must be empty, clean and stored as found on arrival. The furniture must also be put back in place.
On site, 1 "Cleaning" deposit check is to be deposited: 100€. It will be cashed if the above instructions are not respected.
If you do not have a cheque book, a transfer of 100€ will be required before your arrival, returned the week after your departure (please provide me with your bank details).
A photo of the torn cheques will be sent to you the week after your departure.
If the deposit was made by bank transfer, we will return it to you by bank transfer the week following your departure. (please provide your bank details).
