That’s why we’re pleased to offer you “The Lake by Grandeur”: a newly renovated and tastefully furnished 50-square-meter, two-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, complete with state-of-the-art amenities:
- Smart TV with Netflix;
- Comfortable and luxurious box-spring bed;
- Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker (espresso, black coffee, cappuccino) and a kettle;
- Private washing machine in your bathroom;
- Private balcony;
- Garden and children’s playground on the property.

The apartment is centrally located in the heart of the city: a 2-minute walk to the Friedrichshafen main train station; a 4-minute walk to the Friedrichshafen bus station; an 8-minute walk to the Lake Constance promenade; and a 3-minute walk to the car rental office. There are numerous restaurants and cafés within walking distance, a 3-minute walk to Bakery Kloos, and a 5-minute walk to the supermarket.

We believe that rewarding experiences bring joy and relaxation and ensure a fulfilling vacation. To make your trip unforgettable with the most rewarding experiences the Lake Constance region has to offer, we recommend day trips by train, bus, car, or ferry to beautiful cities, mountains, and lakes in Switzerland, Austria, and Germany around Lake Constance.
