About this apartment rental
Exclusive, bright, and quiet apartment of approximately 50 square meters for 2 to 5 people, featuring a bathroom, a small balcony, and a terrace, located in beautiful Stammheim. The building has been extensively renovated. We’ve taken great care to design the rooms so that your vacation can begin the moment you step into the apartment. Let yourself be enchanted by its unique style!
Access to both the apartment and the terrace is via a staircase. Unfortunately, the vacation rental is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users; however, dogs are very welcome here (provided they can be carried or walk up metal stairs on their own)!
The bedroom features a double bed and a single bed. Bedding is included in the price.
The living room features a sleeper sofa—which is not only perfect for relaxing but also provides sleeping space for two additional guests—and is equipped with a large TV and a table that seats 5–6 people.
The apartment features a small kitchen with a kitchenette, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
Mediterranean-style bathroom with a shower. A hair dryer and towels are, of course, provided.
Washing machine and dryer available for a fee.
To enjoy your meals, you can choose your favorite spot: at the dining table in the living room, for two on the balcony, or on the terrace with a panoramic view of the vineyards and the Main River.
The terrace is perfect for barbecuing when the weather is nice. A small grill and a parasol are available.
The Main River Bike Path and the endless vineyards are right on your doorstep!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage und alles, was man für ein paar erholsame Tage braucht. Besonders die Terrasse über den Dächern des Ortes mit Mainblick und Blick auf den Weinberg lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein.

Umgebung Natur pur. Main und Wein. Gasthof hat in der Woche zu, Supermarkt einige Autokilometer.
Möblierung rustikal, Küche super ausgerüstet, da fehlt nix. Vermieter nebenan - man kann auch Wein oder Bier kaufen.
Achtung: Für Ältere und Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet wegen steiler Metallaußentreppe.
Und um 6.00 läutet die Kirchglocke, vorher Fenster zu!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Der Ausblick ist herrlich. Wir haben gegrillt und auch gemütlich dort gefrühstückt.
Die Lage ist zentral, ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder Auto. Der Main ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber.
