About this apartment rental
Come and enjoy this pleasant T2 of 40 m2 with a capacity of 4 people in a secure residence with private box for a car in the basement and a large loggia closed by sliding windows that can be used as a dining room and overlooking the quiet wooded park.
You will benefit from the swimming pool reserved for the residence and open from mid-June to mid-September, a petanque court and tennis court (for a fee)
The apartment consists of:
• A living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 140x190) and a television.
• A kitchen area equipped with a fridge, mini-oven, microwave, 2-burner gas stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary crockery.
• A bedroom closed by a sliding door with 2 beds of 80x190 and a dresser.
• A cabin area, with a large wardrobe, opening onto a bathroom with separate toilet.
The apartment is equipped with mobile air conditioning.
Sheets, duvet covers and towels are not provided. They can be rented through our concierge.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in high season for 55 euros and the apartment is to be left in a decent condition
Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco press, bakery are located a few minutes walk away.
A 5-minute walk from the old Fréjus with its market and train station, several bus lines at the bottom of the residence.
The beach, the nature base, Port Fréjus, Lunapark, Aqualand are about 2km away.

Pas le grand luxe mais tout ce qu’il faut( sauf 1 four). La dame qui fait l’accueil est tres sympa, les proprietaires ne sont pas sur place mais sont présents et dispos malgre tout. On peut aller se balader dans le centre de frejus (5mn a pied). Le BZ est confortable.
