The apartment was very spacious and clean. Location was near the Centre city and within walking distance. Parking was free and convenient.
Can consider having more kitchen facilities like a hot plate and some kitchenware. Improve Wi-Fi coverage for the bedroom farthest away from the living area.

This very large 3 bedroom apartment was in an excellent location for Cosenza- within walking distance of all shopping, restaurants. It was clean. I thought there was going ot be a full kitchen. As it turned out, there was a microwave, small fridge with an assortment of packaged foods for breakfast.
Large rooms, nicely appointed bathroom and shower.
The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
Really great value for the space. Able to find parking just next door.
Some noise from the road, no sink in the kitchenette
