The flat is modern, roomy and sunny (but view from window was ugly.). It is very near the main train and bus stations, perfect if you intend to go away to nearby towns. Bed was comfy and wide. Bathroom was big. WiFi good.
We were guaranteed that we could check in earlier than 4 p.m. But when we arrived, the room was not ready. Eventually, we did get the room at 3.30.
Their door key lock system was difficult to master. (A guest who has been staying there earlier than us also had difficulty opening our door.)
When we finally got in the room, the door started beeping. And the person we called for help didn't/couldn't do anything about it. Didn't tell us what could be wrong. I had to ask ChatGPT what could be wrong and I did finally solve it. This made us very nervous, adding unnecessary stress to our vacation (hence low rating). If something serious happened (locked out or locked in) nobody would be able to help us. The door obviously had something wrong with it as it wouldn't close properly on 1st or 2nd attempt.
For our 4-night stay, we were given only 1 big towel each. No hand towels for the bathroom and the kitchen. And no drainer for plates either. Did they expect us to dry the plates with our bath towels?
They claim we would find coffee, biscuits and water bottles in the fridge. But they seemed to be invisible to us.

The communication was fast and clear. The apartment is in great location and very well equipped and spacious. All functioned quite well and the street was not too noisy.
This was an almost perfect place to stay for me, however the floor was very dirty with hair on the bathroom floor. The table and chair were also dusty and a bit covered with bread crumbs.
Unfortunately I also experienced very loud neighbors at one point (only one night), but this seems to be an exception.
