The chalet is beautiful, cozy and very clean, with a warm traditional atmosphere and plenty of space for our group. The host was extremely kind and flexible, allowing us to arrive one night earlier even though we got there late. Communication was quick and friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring Gstaad and the surrounding area.
The only small thing was that you could sometimes hear passing cars, but it wasn't really disturbing.
