The “Palazzina GiardinoLago” was built in the early 19th century and is a truly special gem. The approximately 2,000 m² beautiful park, featuring deciduous trees, conifers, palm trees, and other Mediterranean plants, is bordered by tall natural stone walls that ensure your privacy. Since the road connecting Domaso to Gravedona runs above the park, you can access the lake and a gently sloping pebble beach directly from the property via private natural stone steps. The heated pool (12 m x 5 m; the pool is open all season and maintains a minimum temperature of 25° Celsius from May through September), in the park, and on the elevated, approximately 200 m² lakeside viewing terrace, you’ll find various oases of relaxation: deck chairs in the sun and shade, high-quality seating areas, and dining tables with lake views. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful view stretching far to the south during the day or relax in the evening hours with a view of the sea of lights across the lake. A wrought-iron, remote-controlled gate leads you into the villa’s park, where you’ll find parking spaces for your vehicle. One parking space is available per apartment; additional parking is available only upon request. Bicycles and water sports equipment/small boats can be stored on the premises.
