This spacious loft apartment offers a unique vacation experience in a space of approximately 125 square meters. High ceilings with lovingly restored exposed beams, solid wood parquet flooring, and elegant linen fabrics stylishly blend rustic architecture with modern furnishings. The centerpiece is the 50-square-meter living area, complete with a dining table, a cozy seating area, and a bioethanol fireplace. A huge flat-screen satellite TV, a CD/Bluetooth radio, and free Wi-Fi ensure top-notch entertainment. From here, as well as from the wide, secluded balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view across the Teisnachtal valley all the way to the Arber mountain range. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Additionally, there are two separate bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a tub and shower, and a separate guest restroom. The outdoor area features a guest garden, seating areas, a playground, and petting animals. This allergy-friendly, non-smoking suite is ideal for 2 to 6 people; a crib and high chair are available upon request. The deposit is 30% of the total stay cost. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee.
