Nice mix of hotel / hostel

A good option if you want something between a hostel and a hotel. Clean and modern. Friendly and considerate staff, thanks Adnan and the rest of the team.

The hot tub has too many insects floating around for it to be enjoyable - there should be a cover when it's not being used.

Great hotel quiet and comfortable

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel is quiet and has a great atmosphere. It is close to the city center but at the same time you are not at the middle of the commotion. The staff is very attentive. Specially our assistant was Ednan and helped us a lot in all we need even advise for our stay, places to go, thing we needed, etc.. he made our stay very easy and also fun!

Mauvais accueil et incompétence

Propreté (si on ne regarde pas sous les lits), assez confortable, calme de l'environnement, vélos à disposition (mais aucun libre quand j'en ai eu besokn). Belle cuisine pour ceux que ça intéresse

L'annonce stipulait une chambre de 44m2 avec balcon, télévision, cuisine, etc. Mais rien de tout ça. On m'a proposé une chambre carrée de 16m2 avec salle de bains séparée. N'étant pas d'accord, on m'a montré le même type de chambre avec (belle) salle de bains privative. Le jeune gérant, dont le sourire condescendant était insupportable, ne s'est pas excusé. De plus, la chambre n'était pas prête à 17h ! Alors qu'ils connaissaient mon heure d'arrivée car ils m'avaient envoyé un taxi à l'aéroport. Attention, le prix demandé par l'hôtel pour ce transfert est le double de celui qu'on peut obtenir avec un taxi normal. Je n'ai reçu aucune proposition de dédommagement ni visite du staff durant mon séjour de 4 jours ! En conséquence de cause, j'ai décidé de ne pas régler le montant du taxi. Entre temps, ils ont rectifié leur annonce. Insonorisation déplorable (télévision et cuisine à proximité. Wifi très très aléatoire. J'ai dû réclamer du savon. La serviette pourrait être de meilleure qualité. Incompétence et manque de sérieux donc, dommage car il y a du potentiel.

Very good place

I am happy I was staying at Elite Residence Dahab for my trip to Dahab. Its such a nice and comfortable place in a very good and quiet location close to the lighthouse area. The people there are so friendly and helpful, so i gladly extended my stay to stay a few nights more. I definetly recommend staying in this place for your trip in Dahab.

Cozy peaceful den with a rooftop

++Friendly responsive staff +Cozy surroundings inside the premises +Goodie rooftop as bonus to enjoy with chairs/minijacuzzi/cushions +Nicely a bit off from the touristic beach front

-wifi didn't work in the mornings -no water in showers one morning

很干净的民宿，晚上睡觉也很安静，床和枕头舒适。虽然我住的这层是公用卫生间，但是这并不影响，楼下有客厅电视厨房院子。厨房燃气很大，餐具都有，做饭方便，出门几分钟可以买到食材。走到海边也不远，这边相对海边很安静舒适，老板是几个年轻的男生，他们热心友好，尽可能地给我们提供便利，楼顶的空间也很大，晚上看星星坐一会儿很舒适，还有烧烤架。洗衣服晾晒衣服也是很方便。

可能冬天需要厚一点的被子

I felt I was living there for weeks!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and new, they have a nice terrace with Jacuzzi, WiFi works well, the breakfast is very generous and can be tailored, there are bikes available, easy to move around with them. They also offer to do the laundry there which came extremely handy. The highlight was surely the staff, very willing to help. Adnan was my guy there and was sharp and great in solving whatever would happen and taking care of my requests. He is truly a magician and a brother. I'm very grateful to him.

Loved it !

The property is very clean and comfortable. The location is great and is near everything. The staff is kind and has exceptional service. There is a terrasse on the roof Arabic style that’s great for late nights.

Clean, comfortable but a little far

The host was very friendly and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. The room provided was clean and offered ample space for our comfort.

We were under the impression we would have a sea view from our room but the sea view is from the terrace at the top of the building. Location is not the best but manageable.

Everything was amazing from the beginning The staff is definitely your family from the first minutes of your stay especially the owner Mahmoud and Adnan From house keeping You can ask what ever you want and they will fix or try to help (im talking here about anything outside the Hotel) imagine how amazing are this guys My room was very nice with a smell of cleanliness you can smell it from the main door I will suggest this Hotel to anyone especially my family

Perfect stay and no complaints at all!

The location is great. It’s just a 5 minutes walk to the sea, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is clean. Wi-Fi works really well. The staff couldn’t be more helpful if you need anything. Shower is hot and powerful. Perfect for a short or long stay.

Exceptional

The best place to stay in Dahab, Very friendly people especially Mahmoud and Adnan, they help us with everything. Best location and close to the center, clean and tidy rooms also there is a kitchen full of equipment for cooking, the room is spacious and modern decorated with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I definitely will be back again. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Helpful and very kind receptionist Adnan.

We didn't get the appartment we booked. Instead of a two room appartment with a big size bed, we got a wooden "shed" on the roof terrace, without brick walls, one room only, separate beds. It was new and nice looking, but the front door could not be closed, the bathroom was flooded after showering, kitchenet almost without any equipment. We got no sheets to cover at night and it was cold at night. The thin wooden wall of our room proved terrible, because in the evening people were gathering on the roof terrace just in front of our terrace 'shed' singing and playing a guitar very loundly. We could not sleep and they would not stop even after a request until the receptionist asked them to at 11 p.m. We requested to get the appartment we actually booked but could not get it because they were fully booked. They offered us another apartment on the next day but after the terrible first night experience we decidet to move to a new accomodation elswhere in Dahab. The money for this accom. was not refunded.

Sea and mountans at your door step! Chilled life and gives you peace and happiness

This property is excellent if you want to be close to the beach, reataurants and still enjoy the relaxed and quite life. Apartments are lot of space, well equipped and the rooftop hang out is Fantastic. Staff is very helpful always a smile and everything is possible to solve. We stayed 5 nights and can recomend this for coming to Dahab
