Very nice place in a charming fishers village

Very friendly welcome from the owner.She does not speak English, nor do we speak Spanish but we found our ways. Very clean appartement just above the "main" street. Very lively but it quickly gets quiet in the evening. Rather old building but the appartement was fully renovated and mostly fullyr efurnished. No air co but very effective fans. No parking available at the location but one 30m away will cost you 2euros per day. Plenty of restaurants around and the beach is about 40m away!

If someone decides to be noisy in the he street, you will hear him/her unless you have good earplugs or you sleep tight

I love this little town & seeing Fred Olsen car ferry to Tenerife come in/out every 2 hours.

This is a very small town but my wife is disabled and can only walk a short distance. This place is just a few meters from the view of the harbour. Just a few meters from everything. Perfect location for us. Bonus for me was it is also just 100 meters from a small Spar supermarket that has all you need for self catering, plus they serve coffee, ice cream and cakes right outside their Spar store.

Apartment 1B had very little room on either side of the bed. Like 4 inches / 12 cm. We are not that thin and too old to be that nimble. But I'd still go back there!

Buen lugar, bonita casa

Puerto Las Nieves es un bonito lugar, tranquilo y genial para pasear, disfrutar, comer rico. La casa de Loly está muy bien ubicada es muy agradable y la atención y comunicación con Yazmina y Loly muy bien y amable. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar unos dias disfrutando de la zona.

El único inconveniente es para gente con problema de movilidad, ya que el acceso es por una escalera. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Very good

Great location, very clean and a nice space. There was an issue with the boiler and the host tried hard to sort it.

The bed was not as soft as we like.

Superb

Good, pleasant place. 5 minutes from the promenade and 1 minute from the beach. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The apartments are equipped with everything that is required for relaxation, as well as for everyday activities (cooking food, drinking coffee). High level of cleanliness. Nearby are a couple of restaurants with a perfect view to the bay and mountains.

The bed in the apartment is too narrow to sleep for two

Exceptional

The apartment was sparkling clean, well equipped with all you need, nicely furnished and perfectly located in the middle of the harbor area with all the good restaurants close to the apartment. A beautiful roof deck can be used.

Petfect base for exploring. Comfortable, spoltleasly clean and great value

Perfect location with a sea view from the terrace. Quiet and comfortable. Lovely owners who were very helpful.

The hot water runs out quickly, but once you know it is easily manageable.

Superb

Clean and well-equipped. 4 minutes walk from bus stop, Spar supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Tenerife ferry. Several restaurants almost on the doorstep. Communal roof terrace was something of a bonus.

Check-in, requiring emailed copies of passports was online - we never met or had any meaningful contact with our host. Keys were supplied by a rather loud woman who ran the cluttered "everything" shop on the ground floor. The bedroom, with 2 beds, was cramped but it didn't spoil our stay - the rest of the apartment was fine.

Apartment near to the sea and fish restaurants

Yazmina was so helpful and arranged for us to park our car nearby for a small daily fee. A very short walk to lots of restaurants all selling lovely fresh fish.

Could be a bit noisy early evening as the apartment was over a shop but was very quiet after 8pm

Perfect accomodation that we would love to come back to.

Amazing locality with beautiful view on the terrasse. Calm and peaceful place. Very tidy.

Creaking doors in the bedroom which was hard to close it.

Very central in a fantastic location.

It was very clean and nicely decorated. You could see that a lot time, thought and love had gone into the apartment. It was close to the sea, the beach, the ferry terminal, and the rock pools for swimming. It was secure and very central.

I did not like the location. Pueto de las Nieves is very nice for a number of reasons. But being on the High Street is bound to be noisy. My partner on the other hand liked being in the centre of things. She also liked the large windows which meant the two small rooms were flooded with light. There are three apartments, and they are all very different. We had the one with the double bed at the front of the building. There is another apartment on the same floor at the back of the building. There is also an apartment at the top of the building where the communal sun deck is. Each have advantages and disadvantages. +++++ It might seem like a small thing, but the woman in the shop below asked us both to sign a document in Spanish. I signed front and back, as a display of good will. My partner objected, and she said that she was not going to sign a document that she did not understand. This document was on top of any normal Booking.com terms and conditions. +++++ Our two rooms and shower room/toilet was fine for a short stay. But this is not an apartment with a washing machine/oven, etc. +++++

Super clean flat in perfect location

The location of the flat is super good. You have the beach and the restaurants at 1 minute away. Easy to access the hiking paths from there as well. The flat itself is very clean and comfortable.

Nice place and helpful staff

Nice apartment in by port. Well kept. My apartment opened on to central Patio so no view but very quiet.

It would be good to have a kettle and toaster.

Perfect flat in a perfect location

Got the keys from the shop below no problem. I stayed in apartment 2 & had a view of the ocean. The apartment was a good size, clean, a full kitchen, and the balcony entrance was next to my front door. Good location, 3 mins from bus stop, 1 min to the beach and restaurants. 10 mins to the natural pool.

Honestly, no complaints. The only annoying thing was I could hear the guest below throwing up every morning - the walls aren’t too thick.

Very good

very central. from apartment 2 we could see the sea which was nice. very light apartment. and good curtains in the bedroom which seems exceptional in the canary islands

it was as expected. the beds are not great. woke up the second night with back pain. thinks are not too new in the apartment but all is there and works. The boiler is small, for 1 person and you have to turn the switch in the kitchen which we did not know.

Nice stay in a fantastic village

- Nice apartment with all we needed for our stay - Nice renovated bathroom - The location of the apartment was amazing - 1 minute walk to the beach - and we LOVED Puerto de las Nieves

- No private terrace - there's a shared rooftop but since people were staying in the apartment next to it, it felt weird to use it - The bed was a bit too small for us

Excellent, clean accommodation right in the centre of Puerto de las Nieves, minutes from the sea

Excellent accommodation in the centre of beautiful Puerto de las Nieves. The apartment is extremely clean with everything you could need - including a kitchen if you want to self-cater. It is located right in the centre of the town/village, minutes from the sea, 2 minutes walk from the restaurants / shops / harbour / bus stop. 5 minutes walk to Agaete natural swimming pools (Agaete Piscina Natural), which are really something special. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
