Beautifully presented accommodation.
Rooms were a little smaller than expected.

Spotlessly clean, close to Paddington, helpful staff. The lady on at Breakfast duty was particularly charming.
The best shower! Fantastic water pressure and 3m ceiling.
No wardrobe or hangers, just hooks on the wall. Norfolk Square, whilst once smart felt a little seedy If I’m honest. Though I have to say this hotel looked the nicest out of all on the square (There are at least a dozen)

Location was good - close to Paddington but on a quiet square. Room was comfortable and well appointed. AC was excellent. Shower was good.
The bed was very high in my cabin room - I needed to use an upturned bin to climb up. No milk supplied for tea or coffee which is unusual in the UK.
