Right in the city center but still very quiet. It’s located in a beautiful old building, well air conditioned and very tasteful interior. Super comfy beds. It’s a great place that we can definitely recommend.

A beautiful room set in an old building right in the middle of the city center, but with good sound proofing for a quiet sleep. Andrea gave us a free upgrade to the junior suite! :)

I just liked the location. It was a complete center.
The room in the photos does not correspond to reality. The bed is very very small, worn, old. The shower is old, a lot of rotten old, unkempt parts.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was nice and bright. Once we finally made it to the place we loved the location as it is a very easy walk to the main areas of the city. We loved the old building this room was located in.
The location was actually very hard to get to as this it located on a pedestrian street and parking was impossible. Thankfully, as were were circling trying to find parking, I was able to located the owner and they directed me to a parking garage... I would suggest any travelers that have cars to go ahead and get the parking garage details from the owner as soon as they book! The lift only worked 50% of the time so we did have to haul our luggage down the 2 flights of stairs when we left, but thankfully it worked when we checked in so we didn't have to carry it up the stairs. The bathroom was nice, but the shower was very moldy and it needed a cleaning very badly.

The hotel was so lovely and the staff was so kind and helpful. The staff provided many excellent recommendations, booked us an airport transfer and provided luggage storage. They went above and beyond for us and provided us with a free upgrade to a suite which was amazing!!! The room had every facility that we could have wanted and was very lovely and clean. The location of the hotel was very ideal! It was a very short walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend staying here!

The bed was super comfortable. Great location and easy to access restaurants. For the cost it seemed a abit basic and you got charged for water etc.

NA - I needed a spare blanket and I got it, I needed an iron and I got it, I think if you are missing something just ask and they would move mountains to help you
There was confusion about the pre autorización of the payment but it was also sorted

I loved this hotel! So central and the room was pristine! The housekeeping was spot on and it was just a moment away from the best restaurants. really lovely place.

24/7 check-in, big and clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. It was generally nice and easy, and I don't have too many complaints.
The room appeared older than I expected it to based on the photos; and they put a small coffee machine in your room, but if you use it you are expected to pay extra (despite the amount you're already paying for the room).

Clean and well air-conditioned room. Stylish design, great location. Staff were helpful and very easy to communicate with.
A little over-priced. The suite has a shower with one side open to the room - the drain blocked and water immediately leaked all over the marble floor!! The staff were quick to sort out the flooding but it is a design fault, I think.
There are no coffee making facilities except for a Nespresso machine - this is a really nice addition except that there is a charge for the two coffee pods that are provided. I appreciate the pods are expensive - but I would have been happy with a simple kettle! Or perhaps the first two pods (one for each guest) are free, and then any more are charged for?

We loved our clean bright and airy room. The balcony was a plus and bathroom was lovely. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of Prosecco and staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing location can’t wait to come back for another visit soon!
