About this apartment rental
This modernly furnished duplex apartment is located right next to the "Darßer Urwald," yet not far from the town center with all its shops. It’s quiet, as there’s virtually no through traffic, and at the same time, the family-friendly Nordstrand beach is within walking distance—about a 15-minute walk. The unspoiled West Beach is about 5 km away. As part of the well-maintained “Ferienresidenz Kormoran,” guests also have access to a small children’s playground, a soccer field, and a barbecue area with communal tables and benches.
The apartment features a very spacious and bright living room with a couch and cozy armchairs, and right next to it, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table on the first floor. The living room opens onto the balcony, which faces north, allowing you to relax, eat, or read here even on hot summer days. In the bright attic area of the apartment, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Both floors feature white-tiled bathrooms with a toilet and shower, as well as a desk (one of which is height-adjustable, so the apartment can also be used as a “home office”). A new washer-dryer is available, as is high-speed Wi-Fi.
The apartment also includes a lockable shed for bicycles, beach gear, etc.
Amenities include washing machines and dryers (for a fee). An electric car charging station is located in the open parking lot of Building Q.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz. Die dezentrale Lage ermöglicht einen sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt. Es empfiehlt sich jedoch Fahrräder zu leihen, um schneller ins Zentrum und an den Strand zu kommen. Der Service Vorort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Zum Schutz der Kinder ist ein Treppengitter vorhanden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage in der Näche des Darsser Waldes. WLAN hat ausreichende Leistung für Netflix usw.
