"Il Vicolo" is a spacious and comfortable two-story apartment, featuring a living room with a kitchenette fully equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home, a dining area with the distinctive "grandmother’s antique sideboard," and, of course, a TV. Connected to this room is another room, over 5 meters high, which overlooks the Vicolo through a very tall window from which you can see some of the rooftops of Old Lecce; the room is furnished with pieces of our own Italian design and is equipped with a Smart TV that also offers Netflix. The balcony and the upper-floor hallway overlook this room, featuring extra-clear glass balustrades over 130 cm tall that give the space a truly one-of-a-kind feel. On this floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower.
As you climb the Corten steel staircase to the spacious sleeping area, you’ll discover a distinctive layout. You’ll find a king-size bed with a separate walk-in closet, a reading nook, and an antique dressing table that the lady of the house can use as she pleases. There is a Smart TV. You can enjoy a comfortable bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower.
The play of light and the walk-on glass panel in the floor are particularly striking.
