Very close to Saint-Malo on the banks of the Rance River, 8 km via the 4-lane highway from Saint-Malo Intra Muros and its beaches
. 30 m² cottage with a garden, courtyard, and private entrance, enclosed with a gate and indoor parking for one car.
Features a kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom with a 140-cm bed (sleeps 2), and an attic upstairs with twin beds for 2 children, plus a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Weekly rate (Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights):
- July and August: 665€ + cleaning fee 40€ + 5€ per day for linens; utilities included.
Security deposit of 200€ due upon arrival by check, refunded after departure.
- Overnight stays available for 2 people: 100€
; breakfast and traditional Breton dinner available for an additional charge

Mr Cahue et sa femme nous ont super bien accueilli et étaient à notre disposition pour toutes les questions qu'on avait. Le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter les environs notre intimité a été respecté.

Gite sympa, dommage que la route soit si proche ce qui fait que l'on ne peut dormir avec une fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit des véhicules.

Gîte très agréable pour passer un long week-end et visiter les alentours.
La voiture est sécurisée dans la cour fermée.
