About this house rental
A 400-square-meter family farmhouse on ½ hectare of land in a quiet setting amid the vineyards between Tulette and Visan, combining charm with spacious interiors. Ideal for family gatherings: the very well-equipped kitchen, large common areas, spacious bedrooms, and numerous terraces make it comfortable for groups while also allowing for quiet privacy. Large courtyard with a cooling-off pool (2.5 m by 1.2 m, 0.85 m deep), majestic plane trees providing shade, and an electric gate. On-site recreational facilities (table tennis, foosball, pétanque, 5 bicycles) allow everyone to enjoy themselves according to their preferences.
The property includes 8 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, large reception rooms with a baby grand piano, and a terrace overlooking Mont Ventoux.
It consists of two houses: Main House: 6 bedrooms (including 2 with a 180-double bed that can be separated into two single beds, 2 with a 160-double bed and an en-suite shower room, 1 with a 140 double bed and an en-suite shower room, and 1 with a 140 double bed plus 2 single beds) and 1 shared shower room for the 3 bedrooms that do not have an en-suite shower room. Air conditioning in one bedroom and in the hallway leading to three bedrooms. Small house (110 m²): cathedral-ceiling living room with an open kitchen (52 m²) and a 25 m² mezzanine that can be used as a bedroom; on the first floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room).
Sheets and bath towels are provided.
You’ll have the property all to yourselves, so there’s something for everyone. The location offers the perfect blend of exploring local heritage, culinary experiences, and outdoor activities. It is close to renowned tourist sites: Orange—with its Roman triumphal arch and theater; Vaison-la-Romaine—with its Roman ruins and Provençal market; Nyons—with its local products (olives, olive oil, lavender, etc.); and Grignan—with its castle...
Wine lovers can explore the AOC Côtes du Rhône wine route and its famous vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Cairanne, Rochegude, Gigondas, and Vacqueyras.
Hikers and cyclists can admire the rolling landscapes and ancient hilltop villages of the Drôme Provençale, as well as sample its local specialties. The more experienced can cycle up Mont Ventoux or explore the Ardèche Gorges.

The plane tree6in the courtyard provided wonderful shade with temperatures in the high 30s. We were a group of 15 people ranging from 4months to 77 years and everyone found their favourite corner. Plenty of space for a large family. Laying on the terrace and watching the moon rise and searching for shoot g stars was a family occupation.

The owner first of all was marvellous, answered super quickly to everything and meven when we had a small problem with the “bassin” (overground pool). It was incredibly quickly tended to.
The property is BIG, nobody around, full privacy and with enough small areas so everyone could enjoy their peace and quiet if needed.
We will back!

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour dans cette maison. C'est l'endroit ideal pour passer du temps en famille ou entre amis dans un endroit au calme ou tout le monde trouvera sa place. La maison et les exterieurs sont tres spacieux et tres agreables. Le bassin (qui n'est pas une piscine) permet de se rafraichir quand il fait chaud. La maison est tres bien equipée pour accueillir du monde, il y a tout le nécessaire, beaucoup de jeux et activités (babyfoot, ping pong, jeux de sociétés) et une cuisine tres bien équipée (ustensiles et vaisselle). Tout est tres fonctionel.
On n'a pas rencontré la propriétaire mais on a pu discuter à plusieurs reprises par téléphone. Elle était très disponible pour répondre a nos questions avant et pendant le séjour. Elle nous a même tres aimablement mis à disposition un réhausseur pour les repas de notre fille.
Bref c'est un petit paradis dépaysant et ressourçant. On y retournera avec plaisir !
