The apartment also has a small balcony, from where you can enjoy the view. There is central air conditioning with heat pump in all areas, including the bedrooms. The apartment is also very close to one of the most important avenues of the city, Avinguda de Madrid and also near the train station "Barcelona Sants" with all main train connections (also from/to the airport) and a main junction of the Barcelona metro from where you can reach any part of the city within a few minutes.
