We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having a private bath for every bedroom was perfect for our family. The large deck with lake views and a charcoal grill made for a wonderful space to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t be better — steps from the Institute, Marina, and Andriaccio’s. Kayaks are also available for guests, which was a lovely bonus.

Great location. Close to many towns, like Bemus Point, Chautauqua, Westfield, Lakewood. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice and quiet neighborhood

We highly recommend staying at this property. The house was nicely furnished, clean, comfy beds, fully stocked with every single thing you might need on a trip. And every bedroom has it's own bathroom! The neighborhood is very serene with a nice view of the water. The owner was readily available for any questions though we found everything easy to find and self-explanatory. We enjoyed day trips to Lily Dale, Westfield, Mayville, Barcelona, and Fredonia. The area is great for relaxation and fun little locally owned stops.
