About this house rental
A very pleasant, renovated vacation rental located 1.5 hours from Paris.
The vacation rental is located 3 km from downtown Cosne-sur-Loire.
There are 2 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor with a shower room and a toilet.
On the first floor, there is a dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom (with a 140-cm bed), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. (140-cm bed and two 90-cm beds)
The cottage has all the necessary amenities: oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
Ideal for two families, with a large property surrounded by pastures with horses.
You have access to the Nohain River—an ideal and very relaxing setting. Parking is available.
The house is surrounded by a large property with a soccer goal and a pétanque court.
An additional cleaning fee of 50 euros applies.
You can view the AB listing at2029723. We own the entire property, and it’s possible to rent both cottages for family gatherings (for a total of 15 people).
Near Nevers (a ducal city), Bourges,
Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire (tours and wine testings at local wineries), Guédelon (construction of a fortified castle), Gien, Briare (Briare Canal), and the Loire à Vélo (bike path).
Many family-friendly activities are available (tree-top adventure courses, playgrounds, go-karting, paintball, etc.).

Très beau cadre,maisonnette agréable et pourvue de toutes les commodités,hôte charmant qui vous facilite la vie,proximité des commerces et surtout de Guédelon qui était le but de notre voyage.

Goed ingerichte vakantiewoning in een mooie en rustige omgeving in het dorpje Moulin l’Eveque, net buiten Cosne Cour sur Loire. De woning is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is fraai en geschikt voor fietsen en wandelen. De wijnliefhebber komt hier volop aan zijn trekken (Sancerre, Pouilly, Menetou-Salon).

Die Einrichtung des Ferienhauses ist einfach aber gemütlich. Technisch ist es gut ausgestattet, das Internet hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Besonders nett ist das zugehörige Grundstück am Fluss, dass gegenüber vom Eingang auf der anderen Seite des Feldweges liegt.
Unsere Kinder haben sich besonders über die Pferde auf der direkt angrenzenden Weide, sowie den zugehörigen Fussballplatz gefreut,
In Cosne kann man Kanus leihen, um auf der Loire zu paddeln oder mit dem Cyclorail fahren (Draisinenartiges Radgefährt auf stillgelegtem Gleis).
Unsere 5 Tage dort konnten gut gefüllt werden.
