Located in Denver, this charming house for $220 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Summary: ** This is not a party house. Please read house rules prior to booking ** This beautiful three-bedroom, three full bath townhouse is your personal paradise close to everything you'll need in Denver. Located across the street from Denver Broncos Stadium, our home comfortably includes a roof top patio w/ hot tub, as well as off-street parking. The Space: Inside, this three level townhouse boasts floor to ceiling windows, wood floors, banisters and high ceilings throughout. When you’re not eating at one of the nearby restaurants, exploring the city or attending a Broncos game or concert, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and modern cabinets and back splash make this kitchen the perfect place to prepare food. With bonus amenities such as Cable TV, a Gas Grill and hot tub on the roof top patio, a king size bed and huge bathroom in the master suite, a breakfast counter, and attached balconies to one of the two bedrooms and living room, you probably won’t even want to leave. However, if you do want to get out and explore, the city is just outside your door. This location is perfect for your group to take advantage of everything that Denver has to offer. STR 2021-BFN-0000318 The Neighborhood: The city, Denver's ultra popular Sloan's Lake Park, and the mountains are just outside the door. While on the west side of Denver, the house is close to major thoroughfares for shortcuts into the mountains. The shared garage will fit standard size vehicles. If you cannot fit your car and our other tenant's vehicle you will need to park it on the street directly in front of our rental. Other Things to Note: THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $125. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats. We require an additional $1000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details. HOT TUB Spa service is EVERY TUESDAY. We will need access to the unit in order to access cleaning and setting the chemicals for hot tub. This is mandatory and cannot be rescheduled. When there are water changes it takes 24 hours for the water to reheat. If this occurs during your stay, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will reach the desired temperature at that time. If our hot tub rules are not followed and a water change is needed due to mistreatment of the tub, we will charge a $150 change fee. PARKING: We have garage parking for 1 vehicle. Street parking is available but please be mindful of the parking signs. Bronco days street parking can be difficult. CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 11:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 11:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible. TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. We stayed for Christmas and had a delightful time! Walking distance from Bronco stadium and several other sites and restaurants. We walked back from Meow Wolf after dark and felt safe.

This property was great for a weekend with friends in Denver. Location was great and fairly close to the Ball arena where we went for a concert. Very easy to get ride share and affordable because it is a central location to everything we did while in town. We also took advantage of the rooftop deck and hot tub for morning coffee on the beautiful fall days. Beds were also very comfortable! Great stay!

Great property, the spa on the rooftop was nice with awesome views. Only thing that was missing is there was no TV's in any room, besides that the condo had everything you need! Clean and spacious, definitely recommend!

The property was very clean and looked just like the photos. Modern and inviting and easy to get to all of the different neighborhoods and mountain towns from it - it's a great central location. The unit could use new towels and the dryer did not work - we had to hang our clothes dry. Other than that it was a great place to stay for a week.

Nice high ceilings, but also long staircases between the floors. The garage barely fit our Toyota Sequoia with only 2 inches to spare, so we mostly parked on the street. It might be a little far for some, but we walked to Ball Arena a couple of times on the sidewalk next to the Colfax ramp.

Family was visiting Denver to visit a family member in the hospital. This townhouse was a great place for us to stay both for the space and convenient location. It's within walking distance of several good restaurants as well.

House was great. Pretty close to some things. I would suggest adding more towels. The dryer also did not work, the heating element must be out. Could not dry the towels, so we didn’t get to use the hot tub much. I think that was a complaint on a recent review, so I’m not sure why that wasn’t addressed yet. Overall we did have a great time. Hope to come back!

The space was very nice, clean and pleasant to stay in. The main issue was the dryer...with just one set of towels per room and a hot tub, it made taking advantage of the hot tub rather difficult. We had all planned on doing laundry while there and had to resort to hanging up our clothes on the rails. We called about the issue on the third day we were there (laundry day) and the dryer was not serviced during the time we were there. Management did refund some of our money, but we probably would not have rented it if we had known there was not a fully functioning laundry. Streaming music was impossible--the roku kept cutting out, but that was a more minor issue. Pluses were a well-appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds and a very clean place.

Super clean and decorated very cute. The house had all the kitchen essentials and even had a basket of snacks when we arrived! Everything worked as it was supposed to, hot tub and roof deck was amazing and had great views. House has amazing natural light and the location was perfect. Owner was super easy to get a hold of and check in process was super easy! Highly recommend staying at this place! It was an amazing experience for my friends and I.

The property had great layout for all of us on the trip. Location for easy access downtown to Denver Broncos stadium was perfect for what we can planned on this trip. Any questions we had were answered promptly. It was cold outside while we were there so we did not use the roof top deck...but that had great space as well and loved being able to park off the street in the parking garage for the unit. You won't be disappointed in this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Denver. The condo was clean, spacious, and it had what we needed plus a spa on the rooftop. There were 4 flights of stairs, so if stairs are not an issue, it’s the perfect place to stay. The management was very attentive. Not much within walking distance if you don’t have a vehicle. There is a garage that can handle up to a mini van, nothing larger.

Very nice newer townhouse being a 3 bed and 3 bath...perfect for families and teenagers!! Close to down town and interstate to get around. Hot tub for early risers watching the sun come up was amazing way to start the day. Definitely will be our go to for stays in Denver.

We had a fabulous time at this property. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable. My teenager complained that there weren't enough tv's in the condo, but I don't go on vacation to watch tv, so it didn't bother me one bit.

This rental has everything you could need including body wash and shampoo if you happen to forget yours. A hot tub has been added on the roof deck. There were great coffee table books, board/trivia games, and coffee pods to get you started on your first morning. The location is fantastic-close to all the major highways. And a bonus was discovering Sloan Lake and Edgewater Public Market just blocks away. This was the best introduction to VRBO we could have asked for!

Beautiful unit with a well provisioned kitchen. The rooftop patio is awesome for relaxation and/or enjoying the summer weather with great views of the mountains to the west. Close proximity to main routes to get all over Denver and out to Red Rocks for concerts. Sloan’s Lake area is fun and during season the ease of getting to Mile High Stadium would be a huge plus. Feedback: the garage will not fit 2 vehicles unless they are both subcompacts. There are cabinets and weights lined up against 1 wall taking up the space that (maybe) would allow 2 vehicles to fit in the garage.
