We are offering a separate apartment within our villa. The entire property faces due south and is situated on high ground, with a large garden offering a clear view of the sea.
The apartment has a separate entrance and a private garden with a beautiful wooden deck. The apartment is located in a separate wing of the building from the villa, ensuring everyone’s privacy. Only the parking area is shared.
Just a stone’s throw from the large Sablettes Beach (a 15-minute walk), our home welcomes you to the quiet, leafy neighborhood of L’Evescat. A little paradise for nature lovers. The countryside just a stone’s throw from the city and the beach!
A fully renovated, air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment, consisting of:

- the kitchen is fully equipped: 2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Très belle location, le gérant est vraiment sympathique , très discret et disponible si il y a des problèmes, donc je le recommande très fortement avec un bon emplacement près de la mer, une superbe terasse avec une belle petite vue, une petite boulangerie à même pas 300 metres et Intermarché à 1km rien à redire c'est top.

Très bon séjour chez Rémi, la location est très bien située dans un environnement calme, verdoyant qui apporte de la fraicheur en fin de journée. Une très belle vue mer depuis la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons mangé chaque jours. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé, spacieux et très bien décoré. Je reviendrais sans hésiter !
