The breakfast was fine. The location was fantastic. I feel as though I was given a very good price considering how “last minute” my reservation was.

The bed was very firm, which was not preferable for me. My room had an issue where one of the lights would randomly turn on throughout the night. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

The price is unmatched, definitely worth it! The shower was the best feature, it was spacious and felt great. It was nice that you can have some servicing for the room such as cleaning or towel replacement. Facilities such as jacuzzi are included.

My room was quite dirty, various long hairs which couldn't be mind because mine is short, not a very clean toilet, the vents, fans and AC had visible gunk in the them. Unfortunately the walls are not thick enough and I could hear either a TV or music almost every night until early in the morning which was from adjacent rooms.

Only thing is the bed is a little hard for me.

I love the view the room has. I like to stay in the Loft room, mainly because I have a young son and it turns out to be super comfortable.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a little to be desired. and the TV on the floor is a little bad, as it gets in the way, as the room is small

I didn't like how we booked a room that was supposed to come with extra space and a couch. Room was way too small. The bed was literally so hard and mattress was as thin as paper. Parking was so difficult and we were told it would be 9yen a day. We ended up paying 85yen just for one night. We spent most of our time looking for an affordable parking space but didn't so we packed our bags and left. 0/10 would not stay again or recommend to anyone.
