Guests can play games in the lower level at the casino-style card table. The lower level also has a full-size futon. The futon is big enough for two small children or one adult. It may not be comfortable for adults. Upstairs is the main level, with the living and dining area, kitchen, full bathroom and a Queen bedroom. The living area features cozy couches and a flat-screen TV, in addition to large picture windows that showcase million-dollar view of the Rockies. The kitchen has full-size appliances and all the necessary cooking essentials. A door leads out of the kitchen onto the wraparound deck, where guests can enjoy even more mountain views. The third floor features a Full/Double bedroom directly across from a King bedroom. Both bedrooms share the full bath in the hallway, and each bedroom boasts amazing views out their respective windows. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. - Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
