LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION is great but please spend a few Euros on the property

Size of bedrooms/bathrooms was great plus great location to walk around Le Bastide plus not too far from Le Citè and very near Train station

No hot water for two days we tried to use the cooker but it caused the power to cut off however these issues were resolved by the host ..The door lock really needs attention as it is on its last legs It is very spacious and rooms are great but having just looked at the other reviews it really needs an upgrade as skirting boards fall off and one of the steps is broken and could be dangerous

AVOID THIS ONE

It’s location was reasonable.

A lot! It is basically unfit as accommodation. I don’t think renovations had been completed. The skirting boards downstairs (living room) were not attached to the walls. There were loose tiles on a couple of the internal stairs. The front door lock escutcheon was half off, making it difficult to lock and unlock. There was a broken small table left on the living room floor. The kitchen only had a cold water tap. My bed linen smelled really stale, like it had been on the bed for a month. There were only 2 thin, scratchy towels supplied - one for each of us. One of them smelled like someone had been smoking next to it for a few hours. There was no towel or tea towel for the kitchen. The cleaning was okay, but not brilliant. On the 2nd afternoon, my bed on the 2nd floor collapsed when I sat on it (I am not heavy), because it was basically a fold-out piece of crap supported in the middle by a concrete block, which left it unbalanced, hence the collapse. After managing to put it back together, I then spent the 2nd night not really sleeping for fear it might collapse again. In addition, the heating went off that afternoon and the house was freezing. I messaged the owner, Amin, explaining what had happened, and saying that the situation was intolerable and required us to cut our week’s stay short and leave the next day. I received no response. The next day, I rang to let Amin know that I was leaving, and that I’d put the key safely back in the coded key safe and mixed up the code. A little later, when I was finally in some new accommodation, I messaged Amin again and asked if I might be able to have a partial refund under the circumstances. Again, there was no reply. I finally got in touch with Booking.com by phone and reported the situation. They rang Amin whilst I was on hold and he denied hearing from me when I left, which was a complete lie. He refused to give any kind of refund. Booking.

La casa molto carina e ben organizzata, la pulizia eccellente, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile! La posizione ottima perché in centro ma non troppo! La consiglio vivamente!

Unica cosa, la casa è su tre livelli per chi ha problemi con le scale potrebbe essere un problema!!

La ubicación es cómoda, la casa está renovada con buen gusto, las camas son cómodas, esta limpio y te ponen sábanas y toallas, jabón, café y los mínimos para estar cómodo en un apartamento...

Por sacarle alguna pega, la vitro estaba bastante estropeada, pero como no cocinamos tampoco le dimos importancia...
