Upon arrival we had a lovely warm welcome from the owner, who showed us how to park beside the house.
We were shown into a beautiful apartment, very clean and modern, with a spectacular balcony looking directly over the crystal clear sea. The apartment consisted of a large kitchen / dining room with everything you could need, a lovely airy bedroom, a large bathroom, and another loft bedroom we didn't use. From both the kitchen and the bedroom, doors opened on to the balcony which had four chairs and a table. It is possible to sunbathe at the property and also to swim from their own small private beach and quayside. For the brave, there is a rock from which you can jump directly into the sea, a drop of perhaps 3-4 metres.
Mimice is a quiet and peaceful seaside village with four sea-front restaurants. There is a supermarket up on the main coast road.
We only stayed for one night, but wished we'd stayed for longer. Will definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous location! Great views overlooking the sea and close to a couple of restaurants so there was no need for us to go back to Omis or anywhere else to eat in the evening.

Lokacija i pogled. Cijena je opravdana.
Vrapci imaju gnijezda na balkonima što je lijepo za vidjeti, ali treba paziti gdje se hoda jer se može stati na koji drek, pogotovo po mraku.
