The restaurant attached to the hotel was a real plus, with good food and the convenience of being able to enjoy dinner without having to go anywhere else. There were also parking spaces available nearby.
We particularly appreciated the staff's flexibility and thoughtfulness in accommodating our needs. As the hotel does not have a lift, they kindly changed our room from the third floor to the first floor, which made our stay much more convenient.
The reception area was a little difficult to at arrival. There was also some uncertainty regarding the access to an early breakfast, which could have been communicated more clearly. Finally, the level of service and helpfulness varied somewhat between staff members.

Lovely restaurant at hotel for all meals; staff very pleasant, good location
Room was a bit small as was bathroom/shower but positives made up for this

Friendly. Restaurant and bar. Room was OK as was the shower room.
No WIFI in the room. Unreliable downstairs. Shared balcony doesn’t feel safe. Busy and noisy road and park opposite. Breakfast is in the bar across the road and is one hot drink, one pastry and one glass of coloured water that is supposed to be juice!
