Matériel et ustensiles suffisant et de bonne qualité. Literie et canapé confortables.
Bon emplacement, proche des accès routiers
Logement mal isolé, sous les toits, donc très chaud en été et sans climatisation. Les fenêtres sont opaques car le double vitrage n’est plus efficace.

O apartamento era confortável para a nossa família (2 adultos + 2 crianças). A localização era ótima, a escassos minutos de carro do centro da cidade.

Sehr schöne helle & farblich passend abgestimmte Einrichtung. Wir fühlten uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl. Gerne wieder.
An manchem Besteck/Geschirr fanden sich Essensreste vom Vorgänger. Der Vermieter kann dafür nichts, evtl. vor der nächsten Übergabe nachprüfen. Ein paar Staubflocken neben Schrank.

Clean, spacious, well equiped
- The landlord asks for a deposit of 300€ (which was not stated when booking) - it is not possible to check in until then
- we did not receive information on which floor and where the apartment is located- fortunately a random lady from the apartment building helped us
- we booked a room for 3 people and the bed was only prepared for 2
- there is no air conditioning
- check out is already at 10:00
