This apartment is not about luxury. It is about location, authenticity, and having a comfortable, well-appointed base from which to experience Madrid. Situated in the beating heart of Chueca on one of the neighborhood's lively pedestrian streets, it places you right in the middle of the energy, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife that make this part of the city so special. Despite the vibrant atmosphere outside, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night.
The apartment was clean, functional, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the heat pump/air conditioning allowed us to keep the room at the perfect temperature for a restful night's sleep. We walked almost everywhere, including Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, and the Prado area.
For a world-class city where accommodations can be expensive, this was one of the best overall values we found. We never felt unsafe at any point during our stay, even when returning late in the evening. If your goal is to experience Madrid from within one of its most vibrant neighborhoods rather than from a tourist bubble, this is an excellent choice.

Location was amazing. Even if it was on a busy street, I didn’t find it noisy at all. Everything was comfortable and working perfectly.
It was construction in the building so can be dusty but couldn’t really be helped.

The bed is comfortable, the location is great and super walkable, the owner is very helpful and nice. Clear instructions to get in.
There is black mold in this property and the building, if you are sensitive to mold like I am I wouldn’t stay here. I had sinus issues the whole time. There was construction going on the whole time I was there and it is extremely loud. This is not a place to relax, but to sleep and then be out all day you might be fine. There was thick dust present in the kitchen. The remote to the heater/AC is broken. A good cleaning and an air purifier would make a difference.
