Very clean, easy lockbox for entry, comfortable beds with fans in each room. House was nicely finished and has potential to be a great place!

Only received check in information half an hour before which was stressful, and that involved me having to ring the 'host' who wasn't directly involved with the booking- it was all managed by Travelnest who didn't seem to be able to tell me anything and didn't respond quickly. The host was very helpful and apologetic when I did get through though. Internet did not work which thankfully wasn't a problem for us, but it did mean the TVs didn't work either. Also we weren't supplied with bedding for the sofa bed meaning one of our guests had to go without- there was also not enough towels. Thankfully none of this spoilt the trip and the house definitely had potential to be very good, especially considering value for money. I think the little details just need ironing out.

There were several major disappointing technical problems when we first arrived but these were resolved.
