Built in 2021, this 75-square-meter first-floor apartment offers a comfortable and light-filled atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

The apartment features a total of three rooms, including two bedrooms, and is ideal for up to four guests; families with children are very welcome here. The heart of the accommodations are the inviting living room with a cozy sofa area and an integrated dining area, perfect for sharing meals together.
The modern kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is fully equipped and features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and numerous small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

For your comfort, the apartment can be heated year-round via an efficient central heating system. The bathroom, which receives natural light, is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a sink with a mirror. Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony or make use of the spacious garden with patio furniture, a parasol, and a charcoal grill for social evenings under the open sky.

A high chair and a crib are available for our younger guests.
Additional amenities include two televisions, a radio, free Wi-Fi, a selection of books and games, and a private washing machine with a drying rack. Practical features such as window screens, privacy shades on all windows, an ironing set, and a vacuum cleaner round out the comforts.

This newly built apartment building, completed in 2021, features 4 exclusively furnished vacation apartments. It is located on Wiesenstraße, which, thanks to its quiet and idyllic setting, is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

On the first floor, there are 2 vacation apartments, each with one bedroom, a sauna, and a terrace. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and TVs.

The upper floor features two maisonette apartments, each with two bedrooms, a gas fireplace, and a balcony. The bedrooms on the lower level feature cozy box-spring beds and a TV. The bedrooms in the attic also have a TV and two single beds each.

All apartments come with a parking space and a private, lockable bicycle storage room.

Furthermore, all apartments are equipped with fully equipped kitchens, roller blinds, fly screens, heated floors, patio/balcony furniture, umbrellas, grills, and Wi-Fi.

The “Kochwerk” restaurant is a 5-minute walk away. A bakery where you can pick up fresh breakfast rolls is about a 10-minute walk away.
