This beautiful 3-room apartment (78 m²) in Scharbeutz is centrally located, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Dünenmeile with its boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. The spa gardens are also just a short walk away.
The apartment is on the first floor. Amenities include a cozy living room with a spacious corner sofa, a TV, and a dining area for 4 people. The apartment also features two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Additionally, one bedroom is equipped with an extra TV, and another bedroom (facing the street) has exterior blinds.
The new kitchen was installed in January 2020. It is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a walk-in shower (accessible via a single step), a toilet, and a hair dryer.
