A cozy home in the heart of an equestrian center. Located 30 km from Troyes, 40 minutes from Provins, halfway between Disneyland and Nigloland, and right next to an equestrian center, this welcoming home is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Complimentary tour of the owner’s educational farm during your stay, canoe trips on the Seine, a bike path leading all the way to Troyes, the Camille Claudel Museum, a wildlife park, a big cat park, a lake with swimming (15 km), and boat rides in Nogent-sur-Seine. You’ll find all the shops and services you need right here. On the first floor: kitchen with dining area open to the living room, spacious dining room, laundry room with shower and sink, separate restroom. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a sleeping area (2 single beds), one bedroom (2 single beds), one bedroom (1 double bed), one bedroom (3 single beds), one bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Outside, you’ll enjoy an enclosed yard with space to park several vehicles, a large patio with patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, a gravel courtyard, and a small grassy area.
