House Rules: No Parties or Events: While we welcome you to have a guest or two over for a meal or visit, hosting gatherings with more than a dozen people, no matter the reason, is considered a party or event. In the event of a party or event, an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted from your deposit, and all attendees may be asked to leave without a refund for the remainder of their stay. Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property. If pets are found on the premises, an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 will apply. No Smoking Indoors or on the 2nd-Floor Balcony: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the second-floor balcony. If you choose to smoke at the outdoor table, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Any smoking inside the home will result in an additional $500.00 fee. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Respectful Noise Levels: Kindly be considerate of our neighbors and maintain quiet noise levels after 10:00 PM. We kindly request that guests refrain from using the driveway.
