We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pensacola. The house was in pristine condition and supplied well with cooking utensils, toiletries and snacks. We enjoyed the back covered patio and the convenient location to all the amenities we wanted to enjoy. Very walkable to downtown.

The house is very nice and comfortable for a family or two or three couples. Close to downtown Pensacola and all the attractions there. Questions and issues were addressed quickly by the owner/manager.

This property over delivers in all aspects. You can walk downtown, Blue Wahoo’s stadium or stroll the neighborhood. All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean at check in. Nice snack basket was included in the kitchen. We travel with our small dog and the house was perfect. Kathy was very accommodating and easy to work with. I fully recommend this property and will be staying here again on our next visit to Pensacola.

Our prior reservation canceled on is and then we found this gem of a listing. Clean, comfy beds, pet friendly and perfect for a two night or long term stay. Soaking tub was a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to a baseball game, and the stadium is walking distance. This is a very nice home, and it is conveniently located near downtown and the bay. Nice fenced backyard for our dogs to play. Owner is very nice and very easy to communicate with.

The house was perfect for a girls trip. Only a couple blocks away from Palafox, area with a lot of restaurants & bars. Kathy was quick to respond to any questions, etc that I had.

Loved this place! Very comfortable and clean. We walked to the blue wahoos stadium for a baseball game, walking distance to pubs and restaurants. We used the grill outside and had a great time in Pensacola! Great communication with the host! We had everything we needed! Thank you!

Very clean nice conveniently located home. Just wish check in was earlier such as 3pm and check out was a bit later like 11am. Hotels across America have check in at 3pm and check out at 12pm. However, we liked the home very much.

This house was perfect for our visit to Pensacola. The 3 bedroom 3 bath home was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The only item showing in pics that was not available was the fire pit. The check in/out process was easy and very clear. The owner responded quickly to all questions. The location was perfect for getting around downtown Pensacola.

As a family of 4, we lived in P’cola for 10yrs when the kids were small. After 12 years in PA, we finally managed to all get time to return. This house was amazing. It had a beach feel in a quiet neighborhood by the bay. Everything you need is ready and waiting for you. The dog adored it! By far the best rental house we’ve ever used. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

The house was in a great location, walking distance to all of the downtown bars and restaurants. Only a 15 minute drive to Pensacola beach. The house was perfect for the three of us, each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom.

We had a great weekend in Pensacola. We rented 3 homes on Romana Ave so our guests could all be together. Everyone enjoyed their accommodations. The location was great and close to everything downtown. Totally enjoyed the backyard setup. Wish we knew ahead of time that it was a wood burning firepit. Being pet friendly was an additional plus. Kathyrn was great to work with and responded very quickly. We would definitely rent this home again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is clean and comfortable and the location was close to downtown and jumping on major highways. The only suggestion we would have is to add some amenities (wine glasses, seasonings for cooking). Our pets loved the backyard. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having a bath for each bedroom. We would definitely return!
