Everything was as described and picture. Our family LOVED staying here. It was perfect for their needs and especially cozy, comfy and clean. Close to Pensacola Yacht Club where the wedding was and really close to downtown and 20 minutes to beaches. Again perfect for our stay.

This rental was the perfect location for my wedding. The backyard is spacious enough for a small intimate gathering of family and friends. All the bedrooms were cozy, however the master bedroom was dreamy. I honestly could go on about the look of the place because you can tell they put care into making is a home away from home. The welcome packet with suggestions for things to do and places to eat locally was well thought of ,bad I'm saying this as a native of Pensacola FL who came back to get married. The neighborhood is quiet and nice where it is located.
Anyway we had a blast and I will definitely cherish the memories. I would have loved to stay longer. That is how much I enjoyed being there.

The house is just like you see in the pictures and is perfect for a family get away. It has everything you need for your stay so don’t worry about beach towels or chairs or an umbrella they have you covered. There is even a cooler for you to use. Everything was very nice and in the perfect location.

Beautiful, well cared for home - Fantastic completely fenced large back yard, our sweet Daisy (our dog) and grandchildren all love it. Had a great time running around blowing bubbles and trying to catch them, including Daisy.
We stayed there for 2 weeks, and house was very comfortable. Close to everything we needed.

This was a perfect weekend gathering for our friends! We were able to bring our dogs and we all loved the backyard setup. It was a short drive to everything you need. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cozy stay!

This is our family’s second April to spend in Pensacola. Last year we stayed at the most expensive hotel in Pensacola Beach and it did not live up to my standards. So this year I decided to go a different route.
Firstly, the property is GORGEOUS just like the photos. You can see the amount of detail the owners have poured into this house around every single corner. From the BEAUTIFUL decor and bedding to the ENVIABLE outdoor living spaces, it is AMAZING!
With that being said there were a few missed touches. Both fridges had some old spills, a forgivable offense, but the bathroom trash can had no bag and old trash crusted to the bottom, definitely a bigger and nastier offense. However, that was the ONLY turn off of the stay and that’s saying a lot considering the second day police, fire and EMS were called on the neighbors directly across the street.
Two men were in a physical altercation in broad daylight that ended with one man taken away in an ambulance and another in jail for assault. As a mother I was concerned, according to my 10 year-old and husband, it was entertaining 10/10.
Overall the owner couldn’t have made the process any easier and bottom line is, it was a very nice stay, in a very nice house that we’d recommend to anyone!

Wonderful stay! This place had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It was clean and perfect if you have dogs. The host communicated well and they allowed us to have family members over. 5 stars all around!

The house was amazing! Beautiful decor and plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor entertainment room was a big hit with the teen and young adults, ping pong and corn hole kept them entertained. The fire pit and gas heater on the patio was perfect for the chilly weekend.

The home has everything you will need, and even some extras we had not even thought of.

We were in Pensacola to visit with family for Thanksgiving. The home is great, it is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is has everything you need to cook a family meal. The beds are extremely comfortable, outdoor space is perfect for the pups, and entertaining. Absolutely loved watching Rivalry weekend football in the game room!! We had a great week and will definitely be back!!! Loved how close it is to the downtown weekend market and amazing restaurants!

Our stay was great! The place was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood looked just like the pictures! The house was clean and perfect for animals our two boxers had a great time playing in the spacious backyard it’s hard finding places that allow dogs especially big ones. We’ll definitely be staying again.

I rented this property for the weekend to host my 31st birthday party. I had an amaziiing time on this beautifuuul property! The pictures does this property no justice. My favorite party of the house is the air conditioned carport which is set up as a lounge and the most beautiful backyard. This property complimented my event so well and accommodated me and my guest the entire weekend. They also have several different games we were able to host game night and set up stations around the property and rotate. I had the time of my life! I will definitely be booking with you guys again!❤️

The property was perfect for my family. The home has a lot to offer. The decor and small touches were the icing on the cake. I grew up in Pensacola but was not familiar with the area after so many years. It is close to downtown and the beach. We spent many long days that coming back to the house was perfect. It was stocked with all of the necessities of home that many other properties do not have. The kitchen allows you to cook and entertain as if you are at home. The yard is secure and manicured for the small family gathering we had. We also brought our two dachshunds who loved running around the yard and hanging out. The hosts we cannot say enough how easy it was to reach them with any questions and they also had a lot of suggestions for food and activities we could reference when we got there. We highly recommend staying here. It’s the perfect everything.

Family fun at The Simmons House!
The house was absolutely perfect. It’s hard to find lodging that is not only pet friendly but pet welcoming! We had our adult children all together for the first time on a family vacation and this house made our trip! It rained most days but there was a newly added fully AC garage turned into an extra room with ping pong, Big screen TV and more fun amenities to pass the time. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the homey touches and beautiful decor. Our pups thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful back yard and getting to be with all their family. Thank YOU!

Perfect Getaway
This is an adorable house with an amazing backyard. Everything is top of the line and comfortable! Our dog couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous backyard! The location is great - right between Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key so you have your pick of either. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!
