Come enjoy this Modern Chic ski in/ski out condo in Stoneridge with friends and family! This condo is located at the villages at Seven Springs in the beautiful Laurel Mountains. Located at the top of the mountain, just off of the Avalanche chairlift. The deck overlooks the slopes and the ski locker is handy to the trail. There is a free shuttle service available to pick you up and take you to the main lodge. There is a hot tub available from September to June. In the summer months, the outside pool, tennis and basketball courts are available at the nearby Sunridge Condo plan . The exercise room and hot tub are accessible all year round. The common area with these items are in the door to the left if C21A. A gas grill is available behind the lounge, on the deck. This cozy 3 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 8 and has 2 full bathrooms with an extra vanity with sink area. Updated and modern kitchen and dining area. Enjoy 3 flat screens with full internet and cable. Please come and enjoy all that Seven Springs has to offer!

4 adults + 2 teenagers. Plenty of room and comfortable furnishings. Ski-in/out location was great.

This place was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained and LOTS of supplies (paper products and soaps). We had four adults and three kids for a ski trip and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The location was great for ski on/ski off, and the ski locker was nice so we didn’t have to keep our gear inside. The hot tub was right next door. We would book this place again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our 17 year old commented several times how clean it was. The place is nicely decorated and equipped with what we needed (we didn't cook so can't comment on that). My only complaint would be the noise from the people above us but that is to be expected in those type of condo situations. The location was great also!

Had a nice weekend getaway at this condo for a friend’s son’s wedding. Easy to find in the neighborhood, well appointed, comfy bed. Sauna/hot tub room adjacent to condo could not be more convenient. We were not there during ski season, but seems to be nearby the slopes/lift.
Ate at the casual Slopeside Restaurant at the Seven Springs Resort (5 min drive back out of the neighborhood near the main road)…buffet had numerous good options.
Host responded to questions rapidly. Would recommend to others.

We would highly recommend staying here! Was a fantastic home away from home. The owners provided so much to make it feel like home. The plush toilet paper, good smelling hand soap, cleanliness, decorating, paper towels, napkins, zip lock baggies, children’s games, comfy beds, nice dishes, and so much more did not go unnoticed. Thank you for thinking through every detail and making such a nice home to share with others. We loved it!

Our stay was great. The property exceeded our expectations. It’s like you walked into a HGTV show with the remodel, decor and amenities. The property is very clean. Everything worked properly. Thomas was very prompt in responding to our questions. It was a wonderful ladies trip. The location is perfect. We highly recommend this property.

We arrived Friday afternoon after skiing. We stayed a full day Saturday and left Sunday morning. It was a great location because it was ski and/ski out.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The unit was impeccable, the furniture was comfy, the beds were amazing and it is easily accessible. Ski in/out was a breeze. You ski/snowboard out onto a green run, it is perfect for all levels. The ski/snowboard in is just as easy, the unit is not hard to find. The ski/snowboard locker is a few yards away from the front door. The hot tub and spa entrance is a few feet away in the other direction. You have a covered assigned parking spot. I honestly don’t know if we could have asked for more. Thomas was very prompt in responding to my questions and I could not thank him enough. Thanks Thomas! 10/10

Perfect if you don’t like stairs as it was ground level. Easy storage of skis in the ski locker right in front.
Only minor issue was on our last night, the condo above became occupied and you can tell. This is expected with multi level properties but if you have a little one may be an issue.
We will definitely stay again!

This a a great condo! I have stayed at many properties in many states and this was a great pick. I have very picky cleanliness standards and this condo was immaculate! It is very well maintained and updated. My family and I loved that we could ski right from the backyard. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable and we slept great. I was appreciative that there were plenty of necessities (TP, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc.) provided and we didn’t need to bring any of that. I was pleased by the timeliness of Thomas Halls replies when I was in the booking stage and during my stay. We will be back!

We loved this mountaintop condo at Seven Springs. Very close to community hot tub and sauna- perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

Very clean and cozy. Worked well for 4 adults, one using the single bed/trundle. We did not use appliances.

Beautiful place that has all modern amenities. No stairs to deal with which is unheard of at a mountain resort. Highly recommend this rental who’s owner is very easy to work with.

Great experience
We stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The condo is updated and located right on the slope, and there is a shuttle available to get around the resort. Owner was very responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Would happily stay again.

We wanted a ski weekend for our family and it can be hectic with location, lodging, ski gear, parking, weather but not at this place. Ski in and ski out with a modern, clean place with community hot tub and sauna literally next door. We will be coming back.
