About this condo rental
Located in Durango, this charming condo for $425 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ***Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** City of Durango Permit #21-228 This home is all about its exceptional location. This condo (Unit 3C) is in the heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. Six restaurants alone on the building's block. Immediately next to East by Southwest restaurant, one of Durango's best, and one block from Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Next to the Animas City Theater, and Amaya spa directly across the street. Our newly furnished condo features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, TV's in all of the bedrooms equipped and internet streaming service. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking garage (height is 7'6") with a one dedicated parking spaces. Bed Configuration: Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen (New 40" mounted TV) (main level) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Double over Double) (TV) (main level) Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. Love this condo! It is clean, well furnished, and centrally located in the heart of downtown. The beds are super comfortable. We also appreciate the secure, inside parking and elevator. VRC is very responsive. We had a difficult time locking the door to the unit - they were available and most helpful. We have stayed in this condo twice and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!!

The condo was one of the cleanest we've ever rented! We were with our two teenage grandchildren, and we appreciated many things about the condo: the starter packets of supplies, the high quality bathroom products, the wonderfully comfortable beds and linens, the views from the windows, the great downtown location, the well stocked kitchen.Thank you! I will say that having to enter codes for several doors just to get in the condo was annoying, but we became somewhat accustomed to that as the week progressed. I needed to contact the manager of the property twice and really appreciated the quick response. I definitely recommend this condo!

I loved your place. We had a wonderful time. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the air conditioner would not get cool. It worked the 1st night and then didn't the next two nights. We opened the window and it was better

Our condo we stayed in was excellent and VERY clean. Lots of room and a great location! The beds were very comfortable also. We loved that we could walk to town and not have to drive our cars everytime. Our only complaint was the trash right off the elevator was full all the time and had a terrible odor and the elevator floor where people had spilled things was there all week and never mopped or cleaned. But I would highly recommend the condo we stayed in and we were with friends and had the extra visitors parking for the second car in covered parking garage with codes.

We would definitely stay here again. The location is great. The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with plenty of glassware and silverware. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of linens. Property manager was quick to help us with our questions. Great week in Durango!

We brought our 19 and 16-year-old granddaughters for an escape from Texas heat! We loved the location, great dining options were within walking distance and fabulous. We only had to walk across the street to the train station. Could not have been a better spot! Communication with the management was superb.

Great location in downtown Durango close to restaurants, shops and the train station. Loved the keyless entry that enabled all 6 of us to enter and use the elevator. Also loved the natural light in the bathroom as well as the patio, bunk beds for the kids, the comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Could not have been more pleased with this condo. Staff was great to work with.

This spot is great for staying in downtown Durango with plenty to do in walking distance. Access in and out is super easy and safe. I would certainly stay here again if I make it back to Durango.

The location in downtown Durango was great, and the unit itself was really nice. Clean, well-appointed, plenty of room. Having secure parking in the garage was an excellent perk too, so we could leave our ski stuff in the car overnight.

Mears House Unit 3C is a perfect spot! It is located within walking distance to downtown. It is half a block off a busy street, but it is very quiet. The unit is well equipped and has every kitchen amenity needed to prepare a full meal. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. We appreciated the levels of security including the secure parking garage and elevator access to the 3rd floor. The Vacation Rental Collective team was extremely helpful - even reaching out prior to arrival to make sure we had all the information we needed. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay at Mears 3C. It was very clean, comfortable, roomy, and a perfect location to downtown Durango shops, restaurants and the train station. The riverwalk was a plus too. Our only obstacle was the elevator was a little tricky to operate. All in all, it was a great stay!

The property came exactly as described. It's located in the heart of Durango, walking distance from everything you could want: restaurants, walking trails, and the energy of the city (without the noise). From every window in the condo there are beautiful mountain views and lots of natural light. What we enjoyed so much was our ability to adventure the surrounding areas during the day, such as Purgatory, yet come home, park the car, and enjoy the rest of the evening by walking. All in all, 10/10. Can't wait to enjoy another family trip in Durango.
