Nestled in Durango, this attractive house for $408 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our 1,600 square foot residence was built in 2019 and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is located just 5 miles from downtown Durango in a new, quiet residential neighborhood. Purgatory Ski Resort is an easy 30 minute drive and Lemon and Vallecito Lakes are less than 30 minutes away. The house features central AC, wood burning stove, garage access, and back covered patio with views of a wooded hillside. Enjoy all the comforts of this new home and fantastic location allowing you to easily access all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed 2nd level 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd level 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd level Admit it, wouldn't you rather be here? This property is pet friendly, the pet fee is $25/per day, each pet. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $200 per dog and will be added to your reservation after you book. NO Smoking anywhere on the premises. Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking. A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets, or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights. Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras. Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty-one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund. Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

This was without a doubt our best Vrbo experience yet. The pictures don't lie. The place is fairly new and still in great condition. It had everything we needed with plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen, and the property manager made it all super easy. Best of all, we had access to the garage, which allowed us to get the car out of the snow. We were also able to bring our dog which was a big plus for us this trip. The neighbors were super friendly and one of them helps care for the place. The place is just a short drive into town and was perfect for us. It backs up to a wooded hill and has a nice little patio which would be great in the summer. It's just off the main road and easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend it. One thing to note... the neighborhood seems to be low on the list for the snowplow people. On the morning we left, a fresh 12 inches of snow made it really difficult to get out the neighborhood. Not impossible, but even with 4WD I had to shovel some piles of snow and rock it around to get out. But the house was awesome.

Thank you for the lovely stay, when we woke up to 8 inches of fresh snow we got a chance to meet everyone while we shoveled. 🤣 The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were really close to town and FLC.

We loved our stay at the Spring Creek home! We had plenty of space for our three children and appreciated that the kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking utensils and the basics (oils, seasonings, etc.). The home was in excellent condition and was very clean. It was a short drive into town (~5 minutes), and we enjoyed the convenience without feeling like we were in the hustle and bustle.
