The cabin is lovely. It's very comfortable, clean, and looks recently remodeled. It's in a very peaceful spot.
The site is a bit remote - 25km north of Saint-Raymond proper, with the last 4-5 km on gravel roads. So if you're looking for a place to stay "in Saint-Raymond", as I was, this isn't it. On the flipside, it's VERY close to a network of biking and hiking trails if that's what you want.
It's a bit hard to find (turn right at the big sign near the bottom of the hill - if you get to the bottom of the hill where you have to turn right, you missed it).
Good wifi within the cabin itself, although the signal dies right outside the door - I'm not sure whether it would have worked from the side porch or not.

We had a great time! The chalet is very close to the Shanahan trailhead of Valle Bras du Nord--either a reasonable biking distance or a very short drive. The trails were incredible.
The chalet has easy access to the river, making a post-ride swim possible. The house itself is spacious and comfortable.
We couldn't fully enjoy the large farmer's porch or outdoor patio because the mosquitos were ubiquitous, but anybody who goes in the fall would be very happy.
There is a serviceable cell signal booster that makes texting/messaging/light internet browsing possible, but the service is intermittent and weak. We enjoyed having just enough connection to keep loved ones updated, but be warned if you require a strong internet connection.
The hosts were incredibly helpful and patient with us despite the language barrier. It's my understanding that Alexis's English is good, but Chantal strongly prefers French. They wanted to show us into the Chalet for check-in, but our travel plans didn't allow it. It's difficult to find without good directions, and the lack of cell service in the area meant we couldn't ask questions. We eventually got there, but I feel like that part of the process could have been a little smoother.
Overall, it's a fantastic property. I would not hesitate to book again.
