This apartment, located in a building, is completely self-contained and independent. Recently renovated with state-of-the-art finishes and systems, it measures approximately 60 square meters and is divided into two separate rooms, in addition to a bathroom and a furnished outdoor terrace. Inside the apartment, you’ll find a living room/kitchen area featuring a kitchenette with a double induction cooktop, a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker, as well as a sofa bed for two people with a 42-inch TV cabinet connected to a satellite dish, and a table with chairs. The bedroom, with its own bathroom—featuring a large shower—is furnished with a king-size bed and a spacious three-door closet with a safe and a 32-inch TV connected to satellite TV (and for families… the option to add a crib inside the same room!!!). Each room features “separate” heating and air conditioning systems to ensure every possible comfort, as well as fiber-optic Wi-Fi internet access. Finally, there is a washing machine (disinfected after each stay) for the exclusive personal use of guests, as well as towels, bathrobes, and a complimentary toiletries kit

The apartment is located in the neighborhood known as “Torrione Alto,” near the city center (which is only about 1.5 km away… about a 15-minute walk), as well as right near the “Sala Abbagnano” highway loop exit. Furthermore, the apartment is situated in such a way that within a 250 ml. radius, you’ll find all essential services, including supermarkets, tobacco shops, a pharmacy, a post office, a laundromat, hair salons, and beach clubs—making it convenient for all types of stays (family trips, business trips, short stays). With its strategic location, the apartment is an excellent choice for anyone wishing to stay in Salerno, especially for those arriving by car who want free parking right near the property and/or covered parking (for a fee) inside the building.

This was a one night stop for us on a road trip. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was a good space for two people. The hostess was lovely. She was accommodating and looked after all our needs. She recommended a yummy Italian restaurant near the apartment. The bed is comfortable and she left us some snacks. If I were to recommend something, it would be to sweep the sidewalk outside of the apartment.

The flat has more or less everything you need: small kitchen in the corner of the living room, a big bedroom and a narrow bathroom with a nice shower. Very noisy road. Location is ok, 25 minutes to the train station and the sea port.
