Meine Frau und ich verbringen fast jedes Jahr ca. 2 Wochen in Italien und ich kann ohne jeden Zweifel behaupten, dass dieses Ferienhaus mit Abstand das Schönste ist, in dem wir je waren.
Wir wurden herzlich von Matteo empfangen und er hat uns die Anlage gezeigt und alles erklärt. Er hat uns auch gute Restaurants in der Umgebung empfohlen.
Das Haus ist groß (5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, jedes Zimmer ist klimatisiert) und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind von unterschiedlichem Härtegrad, daher sollte für jeden das Richtige dabei sein.
Die Zimmer sind eher einfach ausgerüstet, doch man verbringt ja nur sehr wenig Zeit im Inneren.
Das Highlight ist der wundervoll gestaltete Garten. Man kann rund um das Haus mehrere Plätze zum entspannen, sonnen und zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen finden.
Wir haben keine Kinder, doch auch für Familien ist es eine interessante Bleibe, da es im Garten eine Rutsche, Schaukeln und eine Wippe gibt.
Der Jacuzzi rundet das ganze ab und auch die gemütliche Lounge und die Hängematte oder auch die Hollywood-Schaukel. Es ist für jeden Geschmack was da.
Einziges Manko, in der Beschreibung steht/stand „Internet“. Internet gibt es nicht, doch der Empfang mit dem Mobiltelefon ist einwandfrei, für Leute die wie ich auch im Urlaub arbeiten müssen. ;-)
Das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Ein wundervoller Sandstrand ist Baia Verde in Gallipoli. Wer Sandstrand mag, ist dort bestens aufgehoben.
Gerne wieder. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Très belle propriété , confortable en famille , jardin exceptionnel soigné , très bien agencer .
Juste , en début de saison les couvertures étaient les bien venu . La maison doit être aérée en début de saison . Et les placards de cuisine aussi . Mais mis à part ces quelques détails , tout été très propre . On a beaucoup aimer la maison le jardin .Objet rare dans le Sud de l’Italie Bravo

La villa è ben tenuta ed è praticamente come nelle foto. La zona è in campagna e quindi molto silenziosa ed ad una distanza accettabile dal centro e dai supermercati e negozi.
Unico neo la mancanza della wifi.
Noi eravamo in due famiglie ma viste le camere ed i bagni può essere anche adatta a tre famiglie.
