This luxurious vacation apartment is one of 8 units in the exclusive Villa Inessa. It is situated directly on the hillside and offers a majestic panoramic view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.
Lake Garda is just a 100-meter walk away.
Thanks to its fantastic location, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake.
The idyllic center of Torri del Benaco—with its small harbor, many delicious restaurants and cafés, bike rentals (there’s a charging station for e-bikes in the underground parking garage), scooter rentals, and boat rentals—is about a 15-minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop nearby. The castle at the entrance to town and the small shopping streets in the village invite you to take a leisurely stroll.
“La Dolce Vita” is especially cherished here in Torri del Benaco.
It is about 5 kilometers to Garda and about 9 kilometers to Bardolino. Malcesine, located to the north, is about a 20-minute drive away.
This modern apartment features its own locked underground parking space (No. 9) and a garage space (with e-bike charging) for two bicycles, including a charging station for e-bikes.
The narrow, single-lane, slightly uphill access road is suitable only for passenger cars. The entrance to the parking garage is also designed for passenger cars only. Max. Entry height: 2.10 meters.
The luxury apartment 1.3 is located on the upper floor and is easily accessible via the elevator in the underground parking garage.
The apartment is equipped with internet access and free Wi-Fi.

If coming via the A22, drive through the Brenner Pass toward Verona. Then take the exit at Affi. Lago di Garda Sud.
From there, it’s about a 20-minute drive to Torri del Benaco.
From Bergamo Airport, you can reach Torri del Benaco in about 75 minutes.
From Verona Airport, it’s about a 30-minute drive.
At both airports, you can rent a car for the duration of your stay.

- The city tax of 2.00 euros per person per day (children ages 0–14 are exempt) must be paid in cash on site.
- Our housekeeper will contact you via WhatsApp two days before your arrival.

Vorab erfolgte eine warmherzige zeitnahe fragenbentwortende Komunikation mit dem Vermieter wie auch der Hausbetreuerin. Die Fotos entsprechen genau dem Objekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte pünktlich, völlig unkompliziert.und mit einführendem Rundgang. Wir fühlten uns herzlich empfangen, erhielten Empfehlungen und bezogen die super saubere hervorragend hergerichtete Ferienwohnung, die auch bei verwöhnten Urlaubern keine Wünsche offen Lässt: Klimaanlage in allen Räumen einzeln anzusteuern, Waschmaschine/Trockenständer, hervorragende Küchenausstattung mit Spülmaschine ohne Mikrowelle, großes schönes Duschbad mit riesiger Spiegelfläche und sehr bequeme Betten sowie viel Schrankfläche.
Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und lieben die perfekte Aussicht über den Gardasee vom Bett und Freisitz aus. Wenn nicht die Umgebung so reizvoll wäre gäbe es eigentlich keinen Grund das Anwesen mit der schönen Poolanlage zu verlassen :-).
Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!
Wir reisten zu viert (2 Eltern, 2Jugendliche) und kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!
