Apartment 9 at Bädervilla Bergstraße 30 awaits you in a central location in Timmendorfer Strand. Thanks to its location on the 2nd floor, you’ll enjoy privacy and tranquility—and from your own balcony, you can breathe in the fresh sea air while taking in a view of the gardens.
This modern and comfortably furnished apartment offers ample space for up to three guests across approximately 60 m². The open floor plan connects the stylishly furnished living room with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, as well as a Nespresso espresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are also provided. A spacious dining table invites you to enjoy meals together.
The bedroom is located on the open loft and offers a pleasant retreat, furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm, separate mattresses) for a restful vacation. A sleeper sofa (120x200) is available for you in the living room. The bathroom features a shower (13 cm step-in height), a hair dryer, a sink, and a toilet. A vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack are also available, ensuring a comfortable stay even for longer periods.
Entertainment is provided by two TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—a Blu-ray and a DVD player, a PlayStation 4 game console, a radio and CD player, as well as books and various board games. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The balconies, furnished with lounge furniture and facing southeast and southwest, are perfect for enjoying a cozy cup of coffee.
Preliminary work on a new construction project in the neighborhood will begin in mid-July 2025.
A parking space in the carport is reserved for you.
