A quiet and idyllic vacation rental located in the Franconian Lake District. This cozy apartment is on the upper floor and has two bedrooms. The first of the two bedrooms features a double bed measuring 160x200 cm. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed measuring 90x200 cm. There is also space for a crib in each bedroom. The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower, and a toilet. Additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the spacious living room. The dining table with a corner bench and chairs is perfect for sharing meals and spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a four-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and blender, has everything you could need. Coffee and tea filters, spices, vinegar, and oil, as well as cleaning supplies and paper towels, are also provided in the spacious kitchen. A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash or by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. If you’re traveling by electric car, you’re welcome to charge it at the provided wall box. The current rate is 0.40 EUR/kWh. Please indicate your charging needs when booking. In addition, a garage with a convenient bike rack is available, where e-bikes and pedelecs can be charged free of charge. There is also a small DIY bike repair shop on site.
