The Alpenblüte, located in the beautiful spa gardens in Reit im Winkl. Since its opening in July 2021, the Alpenblüte has offered 7 vacation apartments in a modern country-style design, featuring stylish details and mountain views from every apartment. The apartments feature cable TV and free Wi-Fi in every room. You’ll have the option to prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchens and enjoy your morning coffee using the provided Cafissimo capsule machines. The village center, with its many restaurants and cafes, is just a few minutes’ walk away. In addition, all apartments come with neighborhood guides and recommendations for the best swimming lakes, hikes, and bike routes in Chiemgau and neighboring Tyrol.

The Alpenrose vacation apartment is located in the attic and features a balcony with a beautiful view of the Walmberg and the Kaiser Mountains. The Alpenrose has a large separate bedroom and a large sleeper sofa in the living area.
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort: According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “towns whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial for relaxation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation through its ongoing efforts ever since. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is largely determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air through the use of geothermal energy and an extensive bus service.
With our in-house e-bikes, you have the opportunity to stay active even while on vacation and explore the surrounding mountains. The ski bus is just a few minutes’ walk away and takes you to the Winklmoos-Alm valley station in under 10 minutes. From there, you can take the gondola directly into the Winklmoos-Alm-Steinplatte ski area. The cross-country trails are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
