Our beach houses, ranging from 40 m² (3 rooms), can accommodate up to 5 people for a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation. Enjoy the summer and sunshine on the beach or experience the winter magic of Scharbeutz. And even when the weather’s lousy, there’s plenty to do here on Lübeck Bay! We look forward to seeing you!
Your home away from home for a first-class vacation in Scharbeutz!
Quiet location on the outskirts of town in a spacious vacation park with an adjacent campground. The vacation homes are nestled amid a lovingly landscaped dune landscape with plenty of sand and dune grass and are accessible via wooden boardwalks—so you’ll get that real beach feeling right here in the vacation park! It’s just 300 m to the endless Baltic Sea beach with its beautiful boardwalk! Dünengolf course 400 m. Shopping 1.8 km. Town center with spa gardens and pier 1.5 km. Ostseetherme 3.3 km.
Beautiful vacation homes in the Scandinavian beach house style with maritime decor, bright living spaces, and large windows. All vacation homes feature Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV, an in-room safe, and gas heating. We offer non-smoking homes with terraces featuring seating, a grill, and a beach chair next to the house. One parking space is reserved per vacation home.
The vacation park features a welcoming reception area, as well as a playground with inflatable cushions, a climbing frame, table tennis, foosball, a sandbox, and more. We have an on-site snack bar (including a bread roll delivery service). We offer rentals of handcarts (for arrival and departure, and for the beach!), Blu-ray players, and much more at our reception desk. We have a cozy guest lounge with seating areas, board games, and a play area for children. In July and August, we offer a free sports program (including TRX training, Nordic walking, and yoga on the beach). Our KOSTnix-Car can be used for up to 1 hour for shopping in the immediate area. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
Our beach vacation home has 40 square meters of living space, divided into 3 rooms with space for a total of 5 people. Here you’ll find: a living area with a sofa seating area, a dining table, a kitchenette (with oven/microwave, dishwasher), a double bedroom, and a triple bedroom. The bathroom features a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The covered porch features seating and a grill. A beach chair is available at the vacation home.
In the “Strand” (4) vacation home, 2 pets are allowed, and the fifth person sleeps in the bunk bed.

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Ungünstig war, dass im Inserat nicht erwähnt wurde, dass der Campingplatz zur Zeit teilweise Baustelle ist und dass das WLAN selten funktioniert.

Bei Ankunft hat uns die Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption eine falsche Zufahrt zum Parkplatz geschildert, sie wusste nicht, dass auf dem Gelände eine Baustelle die Zuwegung versperrt hat. Die Parkplätze sind total verschlammt, so dass man nicht sauberen Fußes zum Ferienhaus gelangen kann. Wenn die Koffer mit dem Bollerwagen tranportiert worden sind, ist alles anschließend verdreckt. Das Haus ansich war sauber und gut ausgestattet, aber aufgrund der desolaten Zustände der Parkplätze werden wir nicht wieder kommen.... Schade, denn anstatt viel Geld in neue Häuser zu investieren (aktuell werden ca. 30 neue gebaut), wäre die Sanierung der Stell- und Parkplätze nötig gewesen.
