A sunny and well-maintained vacation rental, fully floored with light-colored PVC laminate, located on the 1st floor with a view of the greenery.
The modern living room is furnished with a three-seater leather couch and two armchairs; beautiful paintings and curtains create a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the new sideboard features a large LCD flat-screen TV (approx. 120 cm), a DVD player, and a radio with a CD player. The built-in dining area is located by the window. The bedroom is separated from the living area by two doors. It features a 1.8 x 2 m double bed (with two mattresses, each 0.9 x 2 m), two nightstands with reading lamps, and a flat-screen TV. The beech-colored kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, a small oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The separate children’s room features a large solid-wood loft bed (90x200 cm) and a small dresser, on top of which there is also a small flat-screen TV.
The bathroom has been renovated and now features a great shower stall with folding doors, a small cabinet, small shelves, and a floor-mounted toilet. On the sunny south-facing balcony, high-quality wooden furniture (1 table and 2 chairs) invites you to relax. The apartment is floored with high-quality designer PVC planks!

Your vacation experiences at the Baltic Sea vacation park
The vacation complex consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle, each containing individually furnished vacation apartments. Depending on the apartment’s location, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the inland lake, or the surrounding nature. All floors are easily accessible by elevator. At the rear of the complex, a large parking lot is available with free parking and no designated spots. Bicycles can be parked directly in front of the building or inside the building in designated shelters. Please note that these may be in high demand during peak season.
Your vacation begins right at your doorstep: The Baltic Sea vacation park is located just about 550 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. There, you’ll find a beach over 4 km long with an adventure pier, as well as ideal conditions for a wide range of activities. The approximately 5.4 km-long loop trail around the inland lake is also perfect for walking, jogging, and biking. The offerings are complemented by numerous recreational options such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, a kite-flying field, and a dune golf course. At the inland lake, wooden lounge chairs and lakeside paths invite you to linger, while playgrounds, beach volleyball, and the promenade provide plenty of variety for young and old alike.
In case of bad weather, the nearby Aktiv-Hus—with a swimming pool, sauna, wellness area, and indoor play area—offers a wide range of recreational options. There is also a laundromat and a small self-service supermarket, both located directly across from the complex.

Wir waren ein bißchen enttäuscht von der Unterkunft und der Umgebung (hatten da vielleicht zu hohe Erwartungen). Insgesamt war es aber für ein Wochenende ok. Länger wären wir aber nicht so gerne geblieben.
Appartement in nem Wohnblock war ruhig und schlicht, aber leider nicht ganz sauber (Haare, Staub auf Armaturen und in den Schubladen). Leider gab es keinen direkten Parkplatz, man musste vom Sammelparkplatz noch ein Stück laufen. Ein Parkplatz zu kriegen war nicht so leicht (ziemlich voll gewesen).
Die Umgebung war okay. Aber da hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Es gab der nur einen Bäcker - bei dem die Schlange morgens so lang war, dass wir uns das nicht antun wollten (mit Kleinkind). Das Schwimmbad war eher ein großer Pool, leider ohne Becken oder Erhöhung für Kinder. Ansonsten war in der Anlage auch nicht allzu viel zu entdecken. Einen schönen Spielplatz gab es. Den Indoorspielplatz/Aktivhus haben wir nicht genutzt, war auch ziemlich voll (Wetter war nicht so dolle). Wäre wahrscheinlich aber ganz gut gewesen. Die Restaurants waren sehr gut (wir waren in zweien), auch mit Kind kein Problem und sehr nettes Personal....
