The Sommerwiese apartment building, newly built in 2021 and featuring a total of 4 vacation apartments, invites you to enjoy relaxing days in a quiet setting.
The vacation apartment located on the right side of the first floor features a south-facing terrace and an adjoining garden. On your terrace, you’ll find patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill—perfect for winding down your day with a nice glass of wine.
There’s also a parking space and a lockable bike rack available outside.
The spacious living and dining area features a modern, fully equipped built-in kitchen, perfect for cooking together.
The living area also features books and board games for a cozy evening.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom with a shower features a built-in radio and underfloor heating.
After a long bike ride or walk, you can relax your muscles in the infrared sauna. It quickly provides soothing warmth.
The vacation rental is equipped with insect screens.
Please understand that pets are generally permitted only by prior arrangement, for a fee, and upon written confirmation from us, provided they are house-trained. Please also let us know the breed. The property is fenced in for your pet’s safety. Please dispose of any waste in the trash can.

All apartments come with a parking space and their own lockable bicycle storage room.

Unser Urlaub war wunderschön.
Das neugebaute Haus im Erdgeschoss mit Garten war traumhaft und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Der Morgen begann auf der Terrasse mit einem leckeren Frühstück.
Eine eigene Waschmaschine war perfekt.
Der Fahhradabstellraum mit Stromversorgung war prima, hatten so überhaupt keinen Platzmangel.
